You do need a Waffle Iron.
This is a passed down recipe to
those who have waffle irons.
3 Tbp. Butter (melted)
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
2 Tbp. Sugar
1 1/2 Cup Milk
Mix dry ingredients
Add liquid ingredients.
Place 3 to 4 tablespoons of mixture
onto preheated, oiled waffle iron.
cook in waffle iron about 4 to 5 min.
Remove carefully from waffle iron with a fork.
Enjoy with butter and maple syrup, also can be
topped with fruit and whipped cream.
1 box Brownie mix
3 Cups Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Chocolate syrup
1 Cup Rum Chata
Mix ingredients into brownie mix as directed on box.
Stir in 1 Cup Peanut Butter,Chocolate Syrup and Rum
Chata into batter.
Bake 10 minutes longer than what package call for.
Let cool completely.
Microwave 2 Cups Peanut Butter for a few seconds to soften.
stir into favorite frosting,spread on Brownies.
Optional: top each Brownie square with Bite Size Reese

1 pkg. Mild Italian Sausage,cooked and cut into pieces
1 box cooked Rigonti pasta
2 15 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
with Garlic,Basil,and Green Peppers
1 15oz. can Sliced Black Olives
Mix above ingredients together (except noodles)
Place on top of noodles.
Very good–this does not have the heavy
tomato sauce, only the liquid with the diced
tomatoes is used.

3 Cups Quick Oats, uncooked
1 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Heat oven to 375. Grease baking sheets
Place Brown Sugar, Butter,Egg,Milk and Vanilla in large bowl
Mix together until until well blended
Combine Oats, Flour, Baking Soda, Salt and Cinnamon
Add to Butter and mix until blended
Stir in Cranberries and walnuts
Drop dough by rounded measuring tsp. 2 inches apart onto
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned

Makes about 4 1/2 dozen cookies
1 Lb. Pasta (Cooked,drained and cooled)

1-8oz. Bottle Italian Dressing
Toss all ingredients together, add seasoning
and dressing last, toss to coat

8 oz. Pasta Noodles
16 Oz. Small Shrimp
2 Roma Tomatoes-cut and seeded
1 Small Cucumber-diced and seeded
Red Onion or Scallion-diced
(Cheddar or Parmesean)
Mix these together in a bowl
Making you Dressing-
1 Cup Mayo or Miracle Whip
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbls. Dijon Mustard
3 tsp. Dried Dill Weed
Mix dressimg ingredients
Pour as needed over salad
2 Cans Mandarin Oranges
2 Cans Pineapple (tidbits)
1 Cup Coconut(shredded)
2 Cups Miniature Marshmellows
1/2 Cup Walnuts (chopped)
1/2 Pint Sour Cream
